Are there side effects or downtime?

You can expect to look like you have had a mild sunburn (such as redness, tenderness, and some swelling) for 24-48 hours. With proper treatment and aftercare (included with your Clean Slate service), you should notice redness start to subside within 24-36 hours. We strongly advise you do not workout or exercise for 2-3 days after your treatment, since sweat can irritate your skin and make you itchy or even sting. Some minor skin dryness, tightness, or flakiness can occur for a few days after treatment, which is remedied with proper skincare.
